Schedule

The IHE IOP meets for three hours, 3 days per week for 4-16 weeks. New participants begin the program on the Monday following his or her intake interview. Sessions meet 3 evenings per week from 4:45-8pm. Parents or caregivers are required to attend one hour of family education and participation weekly, held on Thursdays from 7-8pm. IHE IOP sessions are flexibly designed to explore the issues that affect your child’s life and the role the behavior or negative thoughts play in their life. This occurs through an interactive therapeutic process of education, discussion, experiential exploration, and both in- and out- of-session practice.
